CANDICE M. O’NEIL joined Hudkins Law PLLC in 2011. Attorney O’Neil focuses her practice on estate planning and corporate law.  She believes that every individual needs an estate plan for peace of mind.  Through proper planning, she helps individuals and families protect their assets, plan for the care of loved ones and minor children, and avoid probate.  In addition, Attorney O’Neil advises small business owners, assisting with entity selection, business formation, business succession planning, and contract drafting.  She is the writer of numerous articles on estate planning and administration, including the March 2012 New Hampshire Bar News article entitled Estate Planning and Probate Practitioners: Are You Ready for MUPC?. Prior to joining Hudkins Law, Attorney O’Neil practiced at Massachusetts law firms specializing in estate planning and corporate law as well as at a wealth management firm where she drafted and administered estate plans for the firm’s high net worth clients. During her first year of law school at the Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law, Attorney O’Neil was appointed an Associate Editor of the Penn State Law Review. Attorney O’Neil meets with clients throughout New Hampshire and Massachusetts and is the Managing Attorney of the firm’s Hampton, New Hampshire office.
