Hudkins Law employs a team of ten attorneys that focus on residential and commercial real estate conveyancing transactions. The firm’s title attorneys examine title to residential and commercial properties, provide title opinions and analysis, and strive to translate complex title matters, such as easements and restrictive covenants, into plain language for our clients. Our real estate attorneys draft and negotiate Purchase and Sale Agreements and provide title, settlement and escrow services for banks, buyers and sellers. Hudkins Law employs Estate Planning attorneys that draft Wills, Trusts, Healthcare Proxies and represent clients in Estate and Probate matters.
