David S. Kres joined Hudkins Law PLLC in 2024 and focuses on residential and commercial real estate title
and conveyancing. Attorney Kres also practices in the areas of business formation, contract and title reviews, co-ownership contracts and separation agreements. Attorney Kres manages the firm’s Massachusetts real estate division. Attorney Kres earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in history and political science from Tulane University in 2000, and graduated from New England Law | Boston, cum laude, in 2004.
Before joining Hudkins Law PLLC, Dave was a Partner in a law firm in Massachusetts concentrating on seller and buyer residential real estate. Kres is also a licensed real estate broker in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island, with over 20 years of experience representing home buyers as an exclusive buyer agent.
Prior to attending law school, Dave worked as an Emergency Medical Technician and special education instructor. His wife is a pediatric nurse practitioner in Haverhill, MA, and Dave has two boys who attend North Andover Middle School. Kres is active in his community, currently serving as President of the North Andover Historical Society, and is an elected member of the North Andover Select Board (2024-2027).
