JACQUELINE M. HUDKINS founded Hudkins Law & Title in 2006 to provide title and settlement services for real estate. She is the sole principal of the firm and manages eight staffed offices and two satellite locations with ten attorneys, and a seasoned paralegal staff. Attorney Hudkins represents lenders, buyers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions. She has served as co-chair of the New Hampshire Bar Association’s Real Property section and is a contributing author for two Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) publications: A Practical Guide to Residential Real Estate Transactions and Foreclosures in New Hampshire and Handling Real Estate Transactions in Massachusetts. Attorney Hudkins has served as an educator for North East Land Title Association’s (NELTA) educational seminars for attorneys and frequently teaches NH Realtor Continuing Education courses. She served as an Adjunct Professor at Colby Sawyer and was named by the Merrimack Valley Business Magazine as a one of the top 40 entrepreneurs under the age of 40 in the magazine’s premiere edition.
Attorney Hudkins was appointed to serve on the NH Humanities Board of Directors by Governor Chris Sununu and was appointed as Corporator for a Massachusetts bank. Attorney Hudkins has served on the Board of Directors for The Fells Historic Estate and Gardens in Newbury, NH, the Upper Valley Music Center in Lebanon, NH and The New London Outing Club in New London, NH. She was honored as Affiliate of the Year by the Granite State South Board of Realtors for her contributions as an educator to Realtors in New Hampshire.
