JACQUELINE M. HUDKINS
Jacqueline M. Hudkins serves as General Counsel and leads philanthropic projects to benefit communities and to protect the environment. She oversees planning, coordination, and execution of complex, multi-disciplinary projects from concept through long-term stewardship. Her work includes directing and integrating design, construction, land management, conservation, forestry, engineering, permitting, legal, financial, and communications teams across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Jackie began practicing law in 2005 and founded Hudkins Law & Title in 2006. Over more than twenty years of practice, she built and led a multi-office firm focused on representing lenders, buyers, and sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions. Alongside her practice, she served as an educator and thought leader within the profession, teaching New Hampshire Realtor Continuing Education courses, instructing attorneys through North East Land Title Association educational programs, and serving as an Adjunct Professor at Colby-Sawyer College. She is a contributing author and editor of multiple Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education publications on real estate transactions and foreclosures.
Her professional and civic service includes appointment to the New Hampshire Humanities Board of Directors by the Governor of New Hampshire, service as a Corporator for a Massachusetts bank, and board service with The Fells Historic Estate and Gardens, the Upper Valley Music Center, and the New London Outing Club. Jackie has especially enjoyed mentoring rising young professionals and promoting a positive workplace environment with a team approach to collaboration and shared success.
