MARTHA L. PRIZIO joined Hudkins Law PLLC in 2012 and focuses on residential and commercial real estate title and conveyancing. Attorney Prizio oversees all aspects of the title examination and processing of real estate transactions and is based at the firm’s Windham, NH location where she manages the firm’s 10 real estate paralegals. Prior to joining Hudkins Law, Attorney Prizio served as Staff Attorney of a New Hampshire title company, and practiced at a real estate law firm specializing in New Hampshire and Massachusetts real estate transactions where she concentrated on coordination and performance of purchase and refinance transactions, including buyer and seller representation, title examination, as well as document and contract drafting and review. While at Suffolk University Law School, she was invited to join the Suffolk University Law Review, and was elected Managing Editor in her third year.
