THEODORE P. PRIZIO joined Hudkins Law PLLC in 2018 and focuses on residential and commercial real estate title and conveyancing in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, including Buyer, Seller and Lender representations. Attorney Prizio came to Hudkins Law with 10 years of legal experience, including a general solo practice where he handled bankruptcy, elder law, estate planning, family law, and litigation matters. Attorney Prizio is based at the firm’s Windham, NH office and is the proud recipient of the 2012 Merrimack Valley Legal Services Pro Bono Attorney of the Year Award.
